The South Carolina Rural Infrastructure Authority (RIA) will meet at 10 a.m., Monday, May 18, 2026. As a matter of record, RIA offices are physically located at 1201 Main Street, Suite 1740, in Columbia.

The Board meets 2 – 4 times a year to review qualified projects and makes funding decisions in the spring and fall in conjunction with each competitive application round.
