Project awarded to upgrade a stormwater drainage system in the Chicora subdivision in an effort to relieve significant flooding in streets and neighborhood yards after heavy rainfall. Recent feedback from the community indicated that they are seeing positive developments as a result of the work. There has been no flooding or standing water issues during recent rain events and the project has sparked revitalization in the area as people have been moving back into the neighborhood because of the improvements.
